Founded in 2017, ACEV Flow Control (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Stands at the forefront of engineering excellence and innovation, specializing in the design, production and supply of industrial valves and components. These are tailored for critical industrial sectors such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, chemicals, LNG, power generation, mining, pulp and paper, water treatment and marine application, encompassing a spectrum from normal to severe, even super-severe working conditions.

ACEV Flow Control’s product portfolio includes a comprehensive range of ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves and other customized valve solutions, available in size ranges from 1/4” to 60”, pressure classes from 150LB to 4500LB, and temperature ratings from -196°C to 816°C.

With the sales headquarter based in Shanghai, China, and our manufacturing facility situated in Yancheng, Jiangsu Province, ACEV employs a workforce of over 100 individuals and operates a production plant spanning nearly 30000 square meters. Our team includes more than 20 engineers who are experts in design, processing and quality control.

Our state-of-the-art production floor is equipped with precision machinery, including CNCs, CNC machining centers, and both horizontal and vertical lathes, ensuring meticulous attention to details in our manufacturing processes. ACEV prides itself on a stringent quality control system that spans the entire production cycle, from raw material sourcing to the final products. This includes a variety of testing methods such as MT, UT, PT, RT, impact test, tensile test, hardness test, positive material identification (PMI), thickness measurement, and pressure test. Additionally, we conduct high-pressure gas, cryogenic, high temperature, fugitive emission, vacuum, and other specialized tests. All our production and testing equipment is to guarantee that ACEV delivers valves free of defects, ensuring a reliable service life for our customers.

Beyond our in-house manufacturing capabilities, ACEV is also the authorized distributor for Bonney Forge in South East Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. We are delighted to offer Bonney Forge’s API 602, API 6D, API 6A valves and fittings to these regions.
