Overview

Conventional steam thermal expansion in turbines remains the predominant method for generating power to meet the demands of industrial activities and civil applications. Fossil fuels account for approximately 80% of total power generation and will continue to do so for the next decade.

Simultaneously, co-generation and the utilization of biomasses or other waste products due to human activities are on the rise, creating new demands for valves capable of withstanding high temperatures, handling flows of muds and bulk materials, and supporting district heating applications.

Renewable resources, such as solar farms and geothermal energy, which also rely on thermal conversion, necessitate specialized valves within Neway's production range.

In recent decades, conventional power plants have been required to enhance efficiency and reduce emissions by progressively increasing operating temperatures and pressures. As a result, valves, turbines, and other pressure-containing components must evolve, employing materials and production methods that bolster resistance to creep phenomena, improve endurance strength, and ensure reliable functionality throughout their expected lifespan under these challenging new operating conditions.

Thanks to its advanced design and production methodology, Neway can fulfill a comprehensive range of valve requirements for power generation, encompassing conventional and improved thermal cycles, as well as renewable resources and related applications. With a full suite of professional certificates, including fireproofing, low-leakage, SIL, and 4500TS, among others, Neway's extensive experience and proven performance in the power industry can meet the diverse needs of numerous customers.
