Apart from our standard ball valves, we also specialize in manufacturing a variety of specialized ball valves tailored to customer requirements for diverse applications. These include wafer-type, 3-way, 4-way, and V-port ball valves.
Designed with enhanced complexity, these specialized valves typically range in size from 1/2" to 12". The ACEV V-Port ball valve stands out for its precision in flow control, surpassing other conventional ball valves. The 3-way ball valve excels in diverting fluid flow, while the 4-way ball valve serves as a versatile diverter or input selector, routing flow from one port to a single outlet as needed. The ACEV wafer ball valve offers an optimal solution in space-constrained environments, such as the bottoms of tanks or tight spaces, where altering pipework is impractical.
The ACEV V-port ball valve is a precision control valve featuring a V-shaped seal or ball, available in angles of 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, or 90° for refined flow regulation.
3-way ball valves boast three ports and are available in two styles: "L-Port," with two openings at 90 degrees, and "T-Port," with three openings in a T-shape, depending on the drilling configuration of the ball.
Designed for hydraulic applications, four-way high-pressure block ball valves function as versatile three-way selectors (T-bore, X-bore, 90° operation) and feature a trunnion-style ball for enhanced performance.
The ACEV wafer type ball valve, a sleek uni-body design, effectively shuts off flow with the same precision as any conventional ball valve.


 Trunnion Mounted DBB Compac

ACEV's compact valves boast a face-to-face dimension equivalent to a single ball valve, adhering to API 6D standards, yet they feature double isolation with two independent balls within a single valve body. This design ensures positive shut-off and maximum safety, thanks to DIB-1 and DIB-2 functionalities.
Available in three-piece, long, or short pattern configurations, these valves cater to diverse installation needs. Their compact, one-body design significantly reduces weight and space requirements compared to installing two conventional valves, while enhancing safety. Typically, these valves are utilized in the marine and offshore industries.
Through continuous research and dedication to meeting customer requirements and expectations, ACEV Flow Control has developed this compact design as a complement to its Double Block & Bleed Valves range.
