ACEV Flow Control's dual plate check valves cater to a diverse range of applications within the oil & gas and petrochemical sectors, where high-quality and reliable valves are paramount. These valves come in sizes ranging from 1" to 48" (DN25 to DN1200) and pressure ratings from ASME CLASS 150 to 2500 (PN16 to PN420), with temperature capabilities spanning from -196°C to 816°C (-320°F to 1500°F).
Constructed from cast or forged steel, these valves feature metal seats and end connections in flanged, wafer, or lug configurations. Body materials include Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy, Incoloy, Duplex and Super Duplex, Carbon Steel and Low Temp Carbon Steel, Low Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, and Titanium, ensuring compatibility with various applications.
Compliance with industry standards is paramount, with the valves adhering to API 594 and API 6D design standards, ASME B16.5 flanged end dimensions, ASME B16.10, EN558, JIS B2002, and MSS SP72 face-to-face dimensions, ASME B16.34 pressure-temperature ratings, and API 598, EN12266, MSS SP82, and ISO 5208 inspection and testing protocols. Fugitive emissions are controlled according to ISO 15848, API 624, and API 641 standards, while firesafe performance is ensured through compliance with API 607, API 6FA, and ISO10497.
These valves boast a retainerless body design with no external body penetrations, minimizing the risk of external leakage. The disc assembly is securely held in place by a high-strength key, and end gasket surfaces remain uninterrupted, eliminating the need for gasket restrictions. Seat faces are lapped for a smooth finish, enhancing sealing performance, while high-torsion Inconel springs ensure quick closing.
Each valve undergoes shell and seat pressure testing according to API 598 standards and is available in wafer, lug, and double flange styles. Each valve is accompanied by a unique certification number traceable to a valve certification sheet, inclusive of MTR data, pressure test reports, and inspection reports.
